How did you get to be where you are today? Teacher for 16 years, then I created a K-8 elementary school (I could not find a kinderg. program I loved for my daughter.) School grew & grew. Twelve years later, daughter off to college. I sold my six acre campus. Retired at almost 50 years old.

Next: I actively explored the world. (Mt. Kilimanjaro, Italy, South America). I returned home from hiking & created a fitness center for people of all ages/sizes. Successfully grew & sold. Currently coach people on how to tweak their food/exercise program. Wrote my book. Off to hike in Swiss Alps in Sept . 55 years old.

What do you do to help stay your best ever? I eat a “plant-based” 6 mini-meal diet, drink water, move a lot!

How do you help other people be their best? I listen & then help them tweak. Small changes make a HUGE impact!

What is your favorite book to recommend to someone else to read Loving What Is by Byron Katie

Tell us a secret ;) My husband asked me to take dance lessons with him many years ago. I said “no!” because I was so scared that I would embarrass us big-time with my two left feet. We started East Coast Swing dancing last year & I love it. I wish I did not wait so long!
